Coffee and a chat, Simple as that

We will visit you at either your home, or somewhere convenient for you, we
will have a chat over a coffee, and about your lifestyle, what kind of work
that you do, or if you stay at home, what your daily routine is, and how
simply starting with your own routine, you will discover ways to exercise at
your own pace.

We will create a “personalised fitness plan”, for both indoors and outdoors,
and if you choose the”Fit-M8 and Foodies” option a diet plan for you to
enjoy, we will do an initial weighing, measure your height and do a “BMI
(Body Mass Index)” scan using our handheld scanner, this will tell us
information including body fat, body water, body muscle, body mass index,
calorie “(TDEE Total Daily Energy Expenditure also known as ‘maintenance
level’)”

Our Fit-M8 will then create a “personalised exercise plan” with you, this is
your plan, you will create and be in control of it, it will be exercises
that you enjoy doing, and exercises you choose to do to reach your goals.
Our “FitM8 Foodies” are our healthy eating professionals, whom will go on a
shopping trip with you providing you with invaluable knowledge, showing you
healthier alternatives to the foods that you enjoy, then when your home they
will teach you how to prepare, cook and present the food, and the best part
is, whilst your enjoying this, you will be geeting healthier and fitter at
the same time!

The majority of diets and exercise regimes fail simply because we do not
enjoy them, or we love them to start with, but become bored & lose interest
over time and start lapsing back into old habbits, and not exercising as
much as we promised ourselves. We encourage you by exercising with you,
taking part in the same sport, whether its a cycle ride, walking or jogging.
Do you enjoy sport? There are many people who simply do not enjoy sport,
their not footie fans, or rugby fanatics, do you prefer sports that are a
little bit more easier of pace? Such as snooker, pool, darts etc? Whatever
sport(s) you enjoy taking part in, or activities you enjoy with your
friends, family or colleagues. What kind of fun do you like to have? Most
importantly what are the exercises and foods you don’t enjoy.

The key is to find things that you enjoy doing that are healthy and explore
them, perhaps you have wanted to try out a sport but haven’t had the
opportunity to. We will be exercising, training and joining in with you as
you get healthier, fitter & happier.

We don’t lecture! We will advise, we make suggestions from our own
professional experience, but most importantly we encourage you to fulfil the
promises your making to yourself. We don’t stand around posing and just
telling you what to do, we aren’t Arnies, or fanatics, we just encourage you
to achieve your goals. The best way for you to reach your goals whether its
to lose weight, live healthier, get fitter or just to get out and about more
often, is to have fun and really enjoy what your doing, having new
experiences and meeting new people. Stands to reason that the more you enjoy
doing something the happier you are going to be and the more you will keep
your promise to yourself!
