We don’t know what you think, many people simply don’t like the gym for a variety of reasons, and thats fine, everyone is different. Enjoying the exercises that “YOU CHOOSE” to do is very important, we have found that most people when they feel that their becoming healthier & fitter, decide to give the gym a go, and if you do thats great we can arrange a personalised fitness program for you.
Outside, cycling, getting fitter & healthier
A cycle ride whether its to the shops, on a cycle path, or one of the many
varied cycle routes, is always fun and healthy, especially when your being
encouraged and supported along the way, remember we will go at your pace.
You will get an enormous sense of achievement and really enjoy your evening
meal, we will be arranging organised cycling tours, and parties in the near

Going for a walk in your local area, and venturing to places you may not
have visited for a while or discovering new places is one of the most
enjoyable ways to exercise. A walk through the park on a nice day, possibly
stopping for coffee, or a picnic can be rewarding, and healthy. Whatever
pace you enjoy, whether its a gentle stoll, or a more fast speedwalk we will join you encouraging you chatting with you.
