We have found that a varied diet, not religiously sticking to an overly
regimentated routine is an excellent way to keep not just your taste buds
awake, and alive, but will also save you at the till. Trying new foods,
learning to cook with ingredients you enjoy, has an amazing effect in the

Instead of buying pre packaged products which can often be high in salt and
sugars, is not the best way to go as they may leave you feeling less than
full, which also may encourage snacking…..
not that great when your dieting.

Fun to prepare

Its not always easy to do, its often hard to find the time…
if your not that confident in the kitchen we can help you learn new
recipes, often cooking a menu for the days in the week when you don’t feel
you will have time to do it & freezing them, you will be exercising at the
same time as your cooking. The right start, needs the right foods. We know
that cooking the right food for your needs is the best way to start getting
healthier and fitter.

We are more than happy to go shopping with you, help prepare and cook your
meals with you, encouraging not just you but your family to live a
healthier, happier lifestyle. Getting the basics right is the best way to
