We all know that Ninja is one of the world's most popular and well-used air fryer brands, always ahead of the curve with high-quality products sporting the latest technology. And food fans alike have wasted no time in praising all of the bells and whistles on the firm's latest addition, coming in the form of the Ninja Foodi FlexDrawer Air Fryer 10.4L AF500UK.

Priced at £269.99, the appliance has already sold out completely on the firm's official website - however, fear not, as there are still plenty up for grabs at the likes of Argos and John Lewis. But what do you get for the relatively steep price point?

Here, Chronicle Live explains.

With regards to ever-evolving technology, the first thing to mention is the brand-new FlexiDrawer capability, which allows you to cook things in unison separately or all in the same pot. The divider which splits the 10.4L capacity into two compartments simply slots out, making way for a far bigger all in one pot - perfect for letting those flavours mix in.

The website itself states that users can even fit in a whole 2kg leg of lamb, as well as all of the trimmings to cook a cheap and cheerful Sunday roast at ease.

The DualZone meanwhile allows home cooks to roast two different foods in their own independent zones. All you have to do is sync up the final finishing times and set the alternating temperatures so everything finishes at once...no more waiting for pesky side dishes while your main goes cold.

The Ninja Foodi is also an incredibly speedy appliance, allowing family-sized meals like succulent sausages and frozen fish fingers to be complete up to 65 per cent faster than traditional fan oven. It's also far healthier than your traditional frying methods, using up to 75 per cent less fat overall.

There are seven cooking functions to pick and choose from using the easy to navigate digital menu, including: Max Crisp, Air Fry, Roast, Bake, Reheat, Dehydrate and Prove - making it a diverse electrical suitable for a number of different uses. And when you're all finished, the drawer, divider and crisper plates are dishwasher safe - making for a quick cleanup.

The product also comes with a two-year guarantee as per Ninja's official website, meaning breakdowns are covered and your money is protected for a substantial timeframe. And shoppers who were lucky enough to swipe one from the site were quick to leave a review, citing how impressed they were with their brand-new Ninja product.

One, wrote: "I was extremely lucky to be able test this amazing bit of kit. Its defo a cross between the dual and the max health grill. When you take the dividers out the compartment is huge and you literally can fit a huge joint of meat in it.

"The syncing programmes is amazing and even having it set up as two parts each compartment is absolutely huge. I would recommend this machine it’s my favourite out of them all and I have 7 ninja products."

Another, added: "Fantastic quality. A must for small families, it saves on the electricity and the cooking time. Also very easy to clean," while a third, penned: "I have several AirFryers in the past but I do consider this the best one yet the flexibility to cook just about anything because of the choice of space is brilliant well done Ninja yet again."

A fourth added: "The ultimate air fryer. I absolutely love the extra space in this air fryer it means I am able to cook large joints of meat for our family roasts.

"I had the two drawer one but have passed that one onto my daughter who is absolutely thrilled."

Others complained that the product is missing a digital cooking probe and that it scratches easily - but you can pick up a digital probe for less than a tenner on Amazon, and wear and tear is expected.

For those who find the Ninja Foodi FlexDrawer Air Fryer 10.4L AF500UK a little too far out of their price range, the outlet also has a number of other airfryer products for sale at the moment. Both the older MAX Dual Zone AF400UK and the MAX Dual Zone with Smart Cook System AF451UK are on sale for just £219.99 at the time of writing.

Cheaper still is the Tower T17088 9L Dual Basket Vortx Air Fryer - Black from Argos for £150, while Wowcher are flogging the 8L Digital Touch Screen Dual Basket Air Fryer for just £74.99.
